Beautiful, spacious and very bright renovated apartment, perfectly located next to the most commercial street in Tarifa (Batalla del Salado) and the bus station, close to bars, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, beach bars, etc. Just three minutes walk from the beach and five minutes from the old town.
The apartment consists of a wonderful living room – dining room – kitchen of 60 m², with large windows that provide extraordinary views to the east and the mountains. This space has a full kitchen, with an island (central kitchen table) with high stools, another space with a dining table and a lounge area with two sofa beds, a low table and a television.
The apartment also has a distributor hall, which gives access to two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In one of the rooms there are two double beds and in the other room there are two single beds. The rooms are equally spacious and very bright.
The maximum capacity of the accommodation is six people, who can sleep in the rooms (4 + 2) without using the sofa beds in the living room, or 4 people in the rooms (2 + 2) and another two people in the living room. .
Although the accommodation is only located on the third floor, it does not have an elevator, therefore, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The house is fully equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware, sheets, towels and Wi-Fi.

* June: 140€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 160€/night Fridays and Saturdays. Min. 3 nights. (If you cannot sleep the third night, for example on Sundays, at least you can enjoy the apartment until afternoon or night and you must not check out at 12:00 as usual).
* July (Christmas and Bank Holidays): 180€/night. Minimum 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.
* August (Easter Holidays): 200€/night. Minimum 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.
* September: 140€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 160€/night Fridays and Saturdays. Min 2 nights.
MEDIUM SEASON: October, March, April and May (except Easter Holidays)
