Mini Villa Nepal is a little paradise for those looking for high scale vacation without the very high end prices of big luxury Villas. Located in National Park “Los Alcornocales”, it is a natural wonder with a remarkable vegetation; moreover it is within 10 minutes drive from Tarifa.
It is a 500 square meters (5,500 sq feet) within the property of La Ahumada chalet, but fully independent and self sufficient (its own entrance, in-door garage, outside patio-garden with its own dining area, private swimming pool plus an outdoor climate hot-tub Jacuzzi (SPA) of 2×2 meters (6.5×6.5 feet) where 6 people can comfortably fit with a variety of ambiance lights, outside shower, sun bath area, cozy outdoor recliners, a hammock, lighted outdoor fountain, etc.
The garden vegetation includes cork oaks, palm trees, pines, wild olives and other tropical plants. A truly special place during the day, and mystic at night with beautiful light setting with remote control.
Living space is 50 square meters of main house, plus a terrace with outdoor forniture of another 60sq meters to enjoy the outdoor nature living. Size of the terrace is apart from upside garden. It is very functional and comfortable mini villa with: two bedrooms and full size sofa bed in the living room. It tops at 6 people; large kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, etc. It is fully equipped. Lots of light with a large window at the entrance, air conditioner, cable TV with over 100 channels, wifi connectivity, etc. This place is not suitable for disabled people.
There is also a little wooden cottage in suite, with a double bedroom plus a toilet. So that, there are 3 double bedrooms plus a double sofa bed and two bathrooms. Maximum capacity 8 people.
Mini Villa Nepal is for rent by itself or in a combo with La Ahumada chalet for larger groups. There is a door that connects both properties.

June: 175€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 225€/night Fridays and Saturdays. Min. 3 nights (if you can not sleep the third night, for example on sundays, at least you can enjoy the apartment until afternoon or night and you must not check out at 12:00 as usual).
July (Christmas and Bank Holidays): 250€/night. Minimum 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.
August (Easter Holidays): 300€/night. Minimum 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.
September: 175€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 225€/night fridays and Saturdays. Min 2 nights.
MEDIUM SEASON: October, March, April and May (except Easter Holidays)
