“Semi-detached house (200 m2) with two floors and in each of them there is a complete apartment with two double bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room. The maximum capacity of apartment 9A (Upper floor) is six people.
Therefore total capacity of the whole house is 12 people.
The house can be rented as a whole or each apartment separately, depending on the time of year.
LAS GAVIOTAS is very well located in the town of Tarifa, five minutes walk from the beach or one minute by car. And just three minutes walk from the old town and two minutes walk to shops, restaurants, etc. of the main Shopping Street “Batalla del Salado”.
Las Gaviotas has two parking spaces, one for each apartment, placed at just 50m from the house.
GAVIOTAS 9A. TOP FLOOR:
Apartment with separate entrance with a spacious hall, perfect for leaving equipment for: Kite, windsurfing, bicycles, etc. The apartment is accessed by modern stairs with a glass railing that lead to the upper floor where there are two full double bedrooms, very spacious and bright. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two single beds. Full bathroom with two sinks, shower, etc.
The living room is open to the kitchen and has an area with a double sofa-bed and built-in wardrobe, television, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Large and bright kitchen with dining table and six stools. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and my microwave .
On the upper floor there is also a chill-out terrace lined with wood with an L-shaped wooden bench, with cushions and decorative plants where you can lie down to sunbathe, sit down to rest, or even have dinner or have a drink both during day or night. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for sunbathing. Terrace also has a cool lighting at night. The apartment is delivered fully equipped with sheets, towels and kitchenware.
GAVIOTAS 9B. GROUND FLOOR.
Direct entrance from the street, with a front garden with artificial grass, an outdoor shower and a large (6,25m2 ) Hot Tube, open to the living room on the ground floor through a glass roof cover and big glass sliding screens whit special lightning for night used. Front garden and hot tube can be used in summer and winter, with total privacy from the neighbors.
The lower living room has a dining table with six chairs, television, double sofa bed and air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It communicates with a large L-shaped kitchen with another table and six more chairs. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Full bathroom with two sinks and shower and access to a large 25 m² bedroom, which can be divided through a sliding glass into two separate bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The maximum capacity of this apartment in the Ground Floor is six people. The apartment is delivered fully equipped with sheets, towels and kitchenware.

* June: 350€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 400€/night Fridays and Saturdays. Min. 3 nights (if you cannot sleep the third night, for example on Sundays, at least you can enjoy the apartment until afternoon or night and you must not check out at 12:00 as usual).
* July (Christmas and Bank Holidays): 430€/night. Minimum 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.
* August (Easter Holidays): 500€/night. Minimum 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.
* September: 350€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 400€/night Fridays and Saturdays. Min 2 nights.
MEDIUM SEASON: October, March, April and May (except Easter Holidays)
* 300€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 400€/nigh Fridays and Saturdays. Min. 2 Nights
LOW SEASON: from November until February (except Christmas Holidays)
* 200€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 300€ Fridays and Saturdays.
