The Mini Villa Nepal is located on a private plot of 400 m² within Villas La Ahumada, with an independent entrance and a closed garage. Its garden combines native vegetation such as cork oaks and pine trees with tropical plants, creating a unique atmosphere that is magically transformed at night thanks to the dimmable lighting.

Among its outdoor amenities are:

This is a summary of the main conditions for booking with us. We have prepared it so that you have all the key information at hand. If you want to know all the details, you can consult the complete conditions.

Easy Reservation
  • You canbook online or manually (transfer or Bizum).
  • Confirm your pre-reservation in 3 business days by sending proof of payment.
Mandatory Deposit:
  • €300 for short stays, €500 for Chalet “La Ahumada”..
  • Returned after verifying that the apartment is in good condition.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Full refund if the apartment is rented again.
  • Partial 50% refund for nights occupied on a new reservation.
  • Full refund in cases of force majeure (e.g. lockdowns).
Pet Admission
  • Dogs and cats are allowed with an additional cost of €30.
  • Respect the rules: no common areas, no bedding, avoid noise.

Prices:Villa Nepal

The guest house at La Ahumada is only rented from September 15 to June 15 of the following year. From June 15 to September 15, the guest house at Villas La Ahumada is rented together with the chalet La Ahumada, as they are part of it and are not rented independently.

Seasonal Offer
  • June: Significant discounts starting from the third night.
  • July: Significant discounts in the first fortnight, starting from the third night.
  • September: Significant discounts starting from the third night.

 

  • Mid-season weekends (October, March, April and May, except Easter). 400€
  • Low Season Weekends (November to February, except Christmas).300€

Minimum stay:

  • 1 night during the week and weekends must be full (except last minute offers)
  • Minimum stay: from mid-July to the end of August: 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.
  • Minimum stay: 3 nights at Christmas, Easter and long weekends.
