“LA CASA DE INVITADOS (The Guest House Villa) of Villas La Ahumada” is a beautiful house of traditional construction with views over the valley of La Ahumada and the beaches of Tarifa. The house must be rented as a whole unit, we do not rent just rooms).
The huge garden, the swimming pool of 10 x 5m and the green of golf are private and exclusive for its clients. These common areas are not shared with anyone else.
The house is located in the lower part of the Chalet La Ahumada estate, but it is totally independent and has a private entrance and parking. In the upper part of the plot there is another house, which belongs to the owners, but when the guest house is rented, they do not go down to the lower part of the plot, to guarantee the exclusive and independent use of the: huge garden, heated pool and golf green, etc., for the clients of THE GUEST HOUSE.
It is located very close to the town of Tarifa, just 10-15 minutes by car from Tarifa within the Los Alcornocales Natural Park in an extraordinary setting.
LA CASA DE INVITADOS (THE GUEST HOUSE VILLA) must be rented as a whole unit and it has a Maximum capacity of 7 people, even 9 if rented together with a wooden cottage next to the pool.
It is distributed in two bedrooms on the ground floor: one double with a double bed and the other triple with a double bed and on top of which there is a single bunk bed, ideal for couples with a child. This room has direct access to the garden.
The spacious living room also has a double sofa bed, which gives it a large capacity for up to 7 people. It has a kitchen and full bathroom. Satellite TV (Movistar Plus), WIFI, drinking water dispensing machine, includes all kitchen utensils as well as sheets and towels, etc. It also has a large, warm and bright dining room with direct access to the garden and pool.
But without a doubt, the garden is the main attraction of the Guest House, you have the right to use it exclusively. It consists of a huge meadow of natural grass, a Golf Green with a bunker and its large heated pool, which can be used at any time of the year (uncovered in summer), with a large pergola, armchairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower as well. heated, located within a beautiful cane field with tropical plants.
If it were necessary to expand the capacity, it could be possible to use a wooden cabin, located among the reeds, next to the pool, with a double bed to accommodate two more people, for a small increase in the overall rental price. So the maximum capacity would be 9 people.
The Guest House of Villas La Ahumada can be rented in combination with the Mini Villa Nepal and La Cabaña de la piscina, with a total maximum capacity of 17 people.
