The apartment is a duplex: The ground floor has a kitchen, toilet, living room and outdoor terrace. The full kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic hob and large capacity electric water heater.
Next to the kitchen there is a very nice toilet, with a hidden cupboard with utensils and cleaning products and space to store wetsuits or water sports equipment.
The dining room is very bright. It has a dining table with capacity for six people. The single sofa bed is very comfortable. It is new and high quality. The living room has darkening curtains to facilitate sleep if the sofa bed is used. Television: 55-inch Smart TV and flat screen.
Also on the ground floor there is a terrace with outdoor furniture, artificial grass and side views of the beach. The outdoor terrace is decorated to enjoy day or night and is also provided with blinds to protect yourself from the wind if necessary. It has a very nice and cozy night LED lighting.
The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror, built-in wardrobe and the other with two single beds, chest of drawers and clothes rail. All beds have storage trundles and high-end mattresses. Well decorated and very bright rooms with windows, blackout curtains and shutters
Between the bedrooms upstairs, there is a spacious full bathroom with a tub and shower. Fully equipped with top quality sheets and towels.
Both in all rooms and in the living room there are silent and powerful ceiling fans. Personalized alarm for each guest and fiber optic Wi-Fi
Located in a very good area of the promenade, with the best restaurants/cafeterias and beach bars. Close to the main supermarkets and a five minute walk to the old town.




June: 175€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 200/night Fridays and Saturdays. Min. 3 nights. (If you can not sleep the third night, for example on sundays, at least you can enjoy the apartment until afternoon or night and you must not check out at 12:00 as usual).

July (Christmas and Bank Holidays): 215€/night. Minimum 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.

August (Easter Holidays): 250€/night. Minimum 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday.

September: 175€/night from Sunday to Thursday and 200€/night fridays and Saturdays. Min 2 nights.


MEDIUM SEASON: October, March, April and May (except Easter Holidays)

LOW SEASON: from November untill February (except Christmas Holidays)
